Shamanic Healing
Shamanic healing is an ancient, Earth-based approach to wellness that works with the unseen layers of our experience- energy, spirit, memory and story. It honors the understanding that emotional wounds, ancestral patterns, and life transitions can leave imprints in the body and soul.
Post-partum support
As a registered nurse with 17 years of experience in Labor & Delivery and postpartum care, I offer in-home support to help new families navigate those tender first weeks with confidence and calm.
