Ways I Can Support You
Every journey is different, and so is the support we need along the way.
At Roots & Renewal, I bring together the wisdom of holistic healing, intuitive spiritual practices, and more than 25 years of healthcare experience to offer compassionate, personalized support through life's many seasons.
Whether you're seeking relaxation through Reiki, guidance through a personal transformation, support as you welcome a new baby, or a knowledgeable advocate during a healthcare journey, you'll find a welcoming space to be heard, supported, and empowered.
Come as you are. Grow from where you're planted.
